Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements.
Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation.
Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation.
Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations.
