Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, entering information into financial models and assisting in variance analysis.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
Basic financial analysis, including trend analysis of income and expenses, and ratio calculations.
Maintain and enhance cash flow forecasting and management to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system from back office.
Ensure monthly closing deadlines are met, prepare the necessary details and schedules.
Ensure all expenses and claims are processed timely, prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks as assigned.

At least 1 year of experience working in finance operations or as an accountant.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or LCCI and ACCA Holder.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is compulsory.
Familiarity with SQL Accounting, Autocount, or other accounting systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, as daily data processing is required.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and perform necessary overtime during peak seasons.
Candidates with a short notice period (immediate or within 1 month) will be prioritized.
