We are looking for a talented full-time Area Demand Manager to join our growing team. He/she will take charge of all aspect of direct leasing to tenant leasing process.

As the Area demand manager, you will be responsible to market and increase long term room rental bookings for the signed properties at different clusters, implement business strategies aligned with the organizational objectives, identify and pursue new business opportunities and initiatives to drive revenue.

In this role, you will be responsible to drive room revenue growth by increase occupancy rate in different clusters, developing new market to enhance market presence and competitiveness.

Customer Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to cross functional teams, fostering coordination to address business challenges and resource optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting potential prospects, guide and conduct rooms viewing on available units in the desire locations.
  • Increase occupancy rate in different clusters, developing new market to ensure revenue optimization and maximise profit growth.
  • Following up closely on leads for potential clients. Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to qualify the prospects.
  • Preparing tenancy agreement for potential prospects using property standards and regulations.
  • Handling rental collection, security deposits and application fees.
  • Liaise closely with internal support department.
  • Coordinating with the new building launch for show units and event sign up.
  • Develop long term business relationship with B2B corporate client to work exclusively for commercial deal to onboard potential tenants.
  • Stay abreast of the industry trends and competitors activities to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Provide monthly forecasting and weekly activity report.


Requirements

  • Understanding of best industry practices in real estate, policies. Knowledge of tenancy terms and policies.
  • Advanced sales effectiveness skills, contract negotiation skills.
