- Monitor Admin, Salesman, Driver
- Address and resolve issues arising during daily operations
- Regularly update product costing and profit margins
- Maintain and update quotations and product catalogs
- Complete tasks as assigned by management
- Conduct stock checks or stocktakes twice a week at the Selayang branch.
- Source backup suppliers when existing suppliers are out of stock.
- Prepare meeting agendas in advance
- Create PowerPoint presentations and deliver them as needed.
- Do reports as needed
- Stay updated on stock market prices and trends.
- Cover admin duties during staff absences or leave.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiar with basic computer operation and account software
- Willing to travel twice a week or once in two weeks to another branch (Selayang) if needed
- Basic Salary RM2,000-RM2,200 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS
- 5.5 working days only (Saturday Alternate)
