Job Duties
- Lead a team of more than 20 people over a range of medium to large scale/complex projects
- Working with customers/stakeholders to align project objectives, propose delivery schedules and secure necessary resources
- Planning all project work streams based on a detailed understanding of project scope and deliverables
- Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition into operations for ongoing BAU management.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders across teams to improve alignment, develop joint priorities with the technology and business teams
- Working with vendors to manage scope, schedule and cost for project deliverables
- Success will be evident in the measurement of clear planning of project scope, timeliness of deliverables, managing customer expectations and successful completion of project milestones.
Job Requirements
- Able to cope in a highly pressured fast-paced environment
- Experienced in delivering cybersecurity projects in system engineering and security assessment projects in manufacturing environments.
- Good understanding of industrial cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST 2.0 and other relevant standards and best practices
- Customer orientated with high level of service attitude
- Good listening and analytical skills
- Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic
- Positive working attitude
- Team player, and also able to work independently and with little supervision

Experience
- Minimally 5-8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, System Integration and Infrastructure Projects
- Effective problem-solving and mediation skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
- Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and advisory skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders
- Result-oriented and assertive
