Main Duties/Responsibilities:

General role as HRD is plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and HR strategy according to global and local needs.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Providing coaching, advise and counseling for senior managers.
  • Planning, leading, developing, coordinating, and implementing policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys (GPTW) to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs in alignment with HR Corporate strategy.
  • Cooperation with WFM to Identify staffing and recruiting needs, developing, and executing with Recruitment CoE best practices for hiring experts and debuts, with the involvement of campus strategy as well as Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Ensuring and monitoring HR process delivery (CSAT) with cooperation of dedicated CoEs eg. Talent management, experts & key people program, performance management, succession planning, BSC (target setting & evaluation), learning & development, C&B (salary merit increases, retention, etc.), GPTW: result communication and improvement actions, BPO (PA/PY),.
  • Creating, developing and implementing new initiatives, employee engagement & development programs to minimize attrition and ensure business performance, customer satisfaction.
  • Improving processes trough digitalization and automation of HR services.
  • Leading transformation and change management processes and projects.
  • Coordinating of M&A projects and supporting post-merger integration processes
  • Conducting research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the organization's compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
  • Developing HR networks (internally and externally), participating in HR conferences to build company image on the local market. Sharing best practices with other GDCs, RBUs.
  • Developing, implementing, monitoring departmental budget.
  • Leading and managing HR team.
  • Facilitating professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
  • Creating and implementing leadership development and cultural change programs.
