Service Crew:
- Handling guests which include:
- greeting guests as they arrive and showing them to their table,
- giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink,
- introducing guests to our brand and menu including recommending popular menu items of the restaurant, and
- providing excellent guest experiences while they are at our restaurant.
- Proper and hygienic handling of food and drinks to minimise contamination.
- Serving food and drinks on time.
- Properly and safely collecting dirty dishes and glasses to the kitchen / bar for cleaning, minimising breakages.
- Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes.
- Clean and prepare all basic food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
- Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with instructions and food handling regulations.
- Keeping your station area clean and tidy. Assist to close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
- Minimum education: SPM and above
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
