Account Executive (GL) - Mandarin Speaker

General Ledger Management:

• Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries for management and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Account Reconciliation:

• Conduct detailed account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Audit Support:

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Implement and maintain procedures to address audit findings and recommendations.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the general ledger function.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation for all general ledger activities.

• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Minimum diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in preparing full set accounts is an advantage
