Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and create job

descriptions.

Source potential candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, job

boards, and other social media channels.

Build and maintain a talent pool through proactive recruitment efforts, referrals,

networking events, and industry meetups.

Screening & Selection:

Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidates’

qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.

Manage interview processes and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring

managers.

Candidate Management

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication

throughout the recruitment process.

Assist candidates with information about the company culture, job requirements,

benefits, and compensation.

Negotiate offers and manage the offer process in collaboration with HR and hiring

managers.

Pipeline & Data Management

Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through effective sourcing strategies.

Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and

quality of hire.

Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruiting tools to manage and organize

candidates.

Employer Branding:

Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote the company as a top employer in the

tech space.

Participate in tech industry events, meetups, and job fairs to build the employer brand.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a T ech Recruiter, T echnical Sourcer, or similar role.

Solid understanding of technical roles and the IT industry.

Experience using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing

platforms.

Familiarity with technical assessments, coding challenges, and industry best practices

for hiring tech talent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both candidates and hiring

teams.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions

simultaneously.

Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT , or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with coding languages, tech stacks, and industry terminology is a plus
