  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and issues effectively
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
