Job Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & E-Invoice Management:

  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all invoicing processes comply with the E-invoicing regulations, including generating, validating, and archiving e-invoices as per legal requirements.
  • Invoice Issuance: Oversee the timely and accurate issuance of e-invoices for all sales transactions, ensuring alignment with both internal procedures and external regulatory frameworks.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to ensure the seamless integration of E-invoicing software into existing financial systems.
  • Monitor E-Invoice Lifecycle: Track and manage the full lifecycle of each e-invoice, from generation and submission to acceptance, rejection, or dispute resolution.
  • Data Validation: Verify the accuracy of e-invoice data, including tax codes, customer details, and payment terms, before submission.

Reconciliation of E-Invoices:

  • Reconcile Invoices and Payments: Regularly reconcile e-invoice data with accounts receivable and payable records to ensure all issued and received invoices are accounted for and accurately reflected in the financial system.
  • Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between e-invoice data and payment records, working with relevant teams to correct errors or omissions.
  1. Inter-company Reconciliation: Manage the reconciliation of inter-company e-invoice transactions, ensuring proper documentation and correct posting in the system.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Continuously monitor compliance with local tax authorities’ E-invoicing rules, making necessary updates to processes and systems as regulations change.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with department heads to provide financial insights and E-invoicing updates.
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and external vendors to address system issues or enhancements related to E-invoicing.
