Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of high-quality visual content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, print materials, and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand Departments to understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee and mentor junior graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure high standards of design quality.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and budgets while maintaining a focus on creativity and quality.
  • Utilize advanced design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and others to create compelling graphics and layouts that engage target audiences.
  • Conduct thorough research on design trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform creative decisions and keep designs relevant and impactful.
  • Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, articulating creative ideas and rationales while incorporating feedback to refine final deliverables.
  • Maintain an organized digital portfolio of work, showcasing completed projects and design processes, while actively contributing to team knowledge-sharing and best practices.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.
  • Expertise in using design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective designs that meet strategic objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for design and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in graphic design practices.
  • Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
