  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Business Planning & Strategy Support
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans by analyzing large sets of data related to industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Translate these strategic plans into actionable business and financial plans, while working closely with commercial teams to support their execution.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities from industry shifts and assess their impact on the business, prioritizing these impacts by analyzing multiple data sources, including governance factors and evolving consumer needs.
  • Evaluate competitors' strategies and articulate their potential implications for the business.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other departments to enhance business performance, leveraging a deep understanding of strategic objectives, financial insights, and consumer behavior.
  • Hold commercial teams accountable by asking critical questions and constructively challenging decisions, offering financial expertise and data-driven insights.


Commercial Finance & Scenario Modeling
  • Contribute to the creation of business and commercial scenarios with high-level financial assessments, identifying trends and patterns to optimize return on investment.
  • Proactively partner with commercial teams to set financial and commercial targets, providing insightful analysis to enhance business outcomes.
  • Support business development activities as needed.


The Successful Applicant
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in finance business partnering including enterprise performance management and data analytics.
  • Experience working within FMCG or Technology space is highly desired.
  • Degree in Finance and Accounting or any related disciplines
  • Professional qualification preferred (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA etc)
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and is a change driver
  • Ability to work well in and across diverse business/commercial/global teams with track record of managing complex business relationships based on mutual gain and trust
