What you'll be doing:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Assess and streamline sales processes across the APAC region. Define and implement standardized sales processes. Continuously monitor process performance, analyse bottlenecks, and implement enhancements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Tools Management & Optimization: Identify, evaluate, and optimize sales tools and technologies to support the sales team in the APAC region. Collaborate with IT and sales operations teams to improve tools such as customer master data management (CMD), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, configure, price quote (CPQ) systems. Provide training and ongoing support to ensure proper utilization and maximize the benefits of the implemented sales tools.
  • Sales Excellence Framework: Develop and implement a Sales Excellence framework, encompassing key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and performance measurement systems. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales operations, training academy, marketing, product management, and IT, to ensure alignment of processes, tools, and sales strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the APAC sales organization. Lead and participate in cross-functional improvement projects to enhance sales processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to sales process improvements, tools implementation, and sales excellence programs.
  • Sales Reporting: Establish a robust reporting and analytics framework to provide timely and accurate sales insights to senior management and sales teams.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines such as business, engineering, informatics or computer science
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, process improvement, or related roles, preferably in a matrix organization and within the APAC region
  • Proven track record in driving sales process optimization and implementing sales tools
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (esp. Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint)
  • Experience in MS PowerApps & Power Automate
  • Advantageous (not mandatory): Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g. R/3, S/4, CRM, C4C, Business Warehouse) or Salesforce
  • Strong communication & planning skills, with an analytical & structured way of working.
  • Ability to lead and manage change initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of new processes and tools
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Willing to travel internationally
