Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive daily support for KOL (Key Opinion Leader) involvement and management operations.
  • Assist in defining, planning, and executing social media strategies to drive brand engagement and meet business KPIs.
  • Identify and onboard target streaming partners on platforms such as Twitch, Instagram, Kick, and YouTube.
  • Help design and implement acquisition and retention strategies for streamers, contributing to broader brand marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets for acquiring streaming partners and converting their audiences.
  • Track and measure ROI using methods such as attribution, fingerprinting, SDKs, etc.
  • Provide ongoing support to streaming partners during live broadcasts.
  • Regularly report performance compared to plans.
  • Fulfill other assigned duties and support team operations.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven marketing experience across platforms like Twitch, Instagram, Kick, and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical and digital skills, with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently or remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for remote work and a global perspective is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
