Key Initiatives:

As Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic projects that significantly enhance our brand's impact throughout the APAC region. This pivotal role includes spearheading industry-specific initiatives in Singapore to promote growth within the financial sector, collaborating with the U.S. team on major events, and supporting the expansion of Chinese companies within the local market. In Japan, you will focus on increasing our market presence through strategic trade show engagements and managing key corporate milestones. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop a showcase hub for our products. Regionally, you will craft and execute cohesive marketing strategies for Southeast Asia and Japan, ensuring they align with our corporate objectives. Your efforts will include boosting our digital presence with innovative LinkedIn content and establishing the operational framework for the marketing department in Japan to ensure our long-term impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the organization’s short-term goals and long-term objectives.
  • Manage product and brand portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic and budgetary targets.
  • Coordinate advertising and promotional activities to exceed established goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing department.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental cooperation to maximize market opportunities.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including managing teams and projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research, data analysis, and marketing best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in performance reporting and budget management.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language capabilities in Mandarin or Japanese are highly desirable to support regional activities.
