Job Scope

We are seeking a dedicated AI Trainer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training individuals and teams on the fundamental and advanced aspects of LLM models, as well as their practical applications in real-world projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have either participated in visionary projects or have hands-on experience with AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Education:

• Deliver training sessions on the fundamentals of AI, machine learning, and LLM models
• Guide learners from basic understanding to developing advanced applications using LLMs.
• Prepare comprehensive educational materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies.
  
  

Project-Based Learning

• Involve trainees in real-life and visionary AI projects to enhance practical understanding.
• Provide guidance on the end-to-end development of AI applications, focusing on LLMs for various domains.
  
  

Development & Application

• Teach how to fine-tune, train, and deploy LLM models for specific business or research use cases.
• Conduct workshops on best practices in developing and implementing AI solutions using LLM technologies.
  
  

Communication & Engagement

• Ensure complex AI concepts are delivered in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to a diverse audience.
• Foster interactive sessions that encourage questions, discussions, and active participation.
  
  

Collaboration & Flexibility

• Work closely with internal teams, project stakeholders, and external partners to align training with organizational goals.
• Offer flexibility in working hours, including evening or weekend sessions as needed to accommodate various trainee schedules.
  
  

Evaluation & Feedback

• Assess the performance of learners through assignments, tests, and project submissions.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to ensure continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in IT related domain.
• Strong understanding of LLM models and their applications
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms.
