Protege Trainee (Operation Executive)

1. Applicant must be willing to work in Port Klang (Selangor) or Tanjung Langsat (Johor) or Butterworth (Penang). 2. Act as Loading Master during incoming and outgoing shipment operations. 3. Assist Assistant Operations Manager/Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager with operational tasks and coordination. 4. Liaise with Tank Users regarding facility requirements, deliveries, collections, and shipping documents/instructions. 5. Monitor and verify product stock levels in custody. 6. Plan and schedule cleaning of storage tanks and ancillary equipment. 7. Ensure the readiness of storage tanks and pipelines for product arrivals as planned. 8. Manage the receiving/back-loading of products via road tankers or vessels into the correct tanks. 9. Coordinate with Ship Agents, Clients, Surveyors, and Port Authorities on ETAs of vessels. 10. Handle export, import, and transshipment documentation with Shippers, Forwarders, and Tank Users. 11. Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 12. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required. 13. Delegate tasks to supervisors, leadmen, operations clerks, weigh-bridge clerks, and operators. 14. Monitor the well-being and upkeep of facilities. 15. Support the SHE Executive with safety initiatives and actively participate in safety programs. 16. Ensure effective housekeeping to maintain operational excellence. 17. Undertake any other duties assigned by the company.
