- Assist the brand manager in the daily management of brand across all dimensions, including operations, marketing, channel / geographic expansion, and new product development
- Manage, plan, and execute marketing plan, brand launch campaign and event activities
- To lead in planning and implementing day to day programs, and activities according to stipulated timeline to meet marketing objectives.
- To lead in operation matters relating to designated portfolio.
- To lead in formulating marketing plans, new product developments and managing brand’s A&P budget effectively.
- To prepare market studies and analyse market trends and opportunities.
- Perform research on category / consumer trends and competitor landscape to inform strategic direction
- Coordinate internal and external resources across various support functions to support the execution of new and ongoing initiatives (e.g., promotions, social media, performance marketing, SEO)
- Support the reporting and decision-making process with data analysis and presentations
- To perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
- To manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business or Economics studies from a recognized institution. Those who do not possess a degree but have relevant working experience are also welcome to apply.
- Min 2-3 years of experience and strong functional skill in consumer and/or brand marketing in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Brand Marketing experience with success record in building brands based on consumer insights.
