Job Purpose

• The Project Management Intern is responsible for providing administrative support to PMMs in the delivery of a complete sub-system or product, according to project requirements, on time and on budget.
  
  

Job Description

• Performs assessments of existing process to identify opportunity areas.
• Participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions regarding process improvements
• Work on process improvement projects across multiple teams
• Communicate with internal departments to monitor and manage the completion of tasks/deliverables.
• Holding regular internal project meetings, compiling minutes and actions, and distributing to the team
• Assist with documentation and creation of standard processes as needed.
• Helping the team and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including organizing plant wide events.
