Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site role located in Simpang Renggam as Account Administrative Executive at UAE. The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing accounts, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
I. Administrative
- Overseeing general office management, including organizing office supplies, maintaining filing systems.
- Prepare and maintain company documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- Handle internal and external communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring necessary materials are stocked and reordered when necessary.
- Assist with HR functions such as attendance tracking, and leave management.
II. Accounting
- Maintaining financial records, including daily transactions, payments, and receipts.
- Processing invoices, issue payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, including preparing and filing tax returns, and liaising with auditors when required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles is an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Accounting concept and book keeping practice.
- A strong eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
