  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  2. Local Malaysian or holder of Malaysian citizenship
  3. Have experience working in a SAAS environment
  4. 8+ years of experience in technical program management
  5. Strong track record of managing complex technical projects and specialities in Project Management, Delivery Management, Team Management and Business solution architecture.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex technical projects.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.
  3. Identify and manage project risks and issues; and suggest feasible solutions.
  4. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Work with the product and engineering team to prioritize feature development.
  6. Collaborate with the QAteam to ensure the quality of deliverables.
  7. Manage communication with external vendors and partners in case any.
  8. Hands-on with data analysis; tracking usage metrics etc.
  9. Closely work with Account Managers and Customer Success Manager for project deliverable
  10. Develop an integrated solution with ERP and demonstrate to customers.
  11. Handling multi-vendor projects, budgeting, and global teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  12. Enable seamless and secure data exchange and interoperability across diverse platforms and applications.
