- Prepare and monitor Purchase Order, Memo etc.
- Inventory control
- Maintenance of office equipment
- Implement logistical services related to company meetings, activities, and guest reception
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed
- At least Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years working experience
- Prior administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Valid driver’s license
- Require language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
