  • Event Oversight: Supervise the event, ensuring that all activities proceed smoothly and as planned. Address any issues that arise in real time.
  • Team-Building Facilitation: Lead or assist in conducting team-building activities, providing clear instructions and guidance to participants.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in event planning software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, event management software).
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to work closely with clients and tailor events to meet their specific needs.
  • Leadership: Experience in coordinating with vendors, staff, and external partners.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is preferred for travel to event sites.
