Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire PFP production process, ensuring each stage is precisely coordinated to meet high-quality standards without defects such as hairlines or dents.
  • Lead a team of 40-45 employees, primarily consisting of foreign workers, and ensure productivity and harmony within a diverse workforce.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets within set deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all orders.
  • Control production costs and optimize resource use to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control throughout the production process, ensuring all Semiconductor-related products meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the COO to report on production progress, challenges, and strategic improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Address any production issues promptly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a production management role within the Semiconductor manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of the industry’s high-quality standards.
  • At least 10 years experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions quickly.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, including cutting, punching, stamping, bending, welding, and painting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and interact with senior management.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English.
