Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
Oversee, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; ensure all team members perform their duties efficiently and safely.
Assign tasks and adjust workloads as needed to meet daily operational goals.
Ensure accurate and timely inventory control, including regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse management to prevent losses.
Enforce company policies and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any hazards or compliance issues promptly.
Ensure all employees are properly trained on equipment usage and follow safety protocols.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments (such as logistics and customer service) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requires a SPM, diploma or equivalent;
At least 1-2 years of work experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role;
Must be proficient in Mandarin.
Strong leadership abilities and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees;
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
Proficient in using warehouse management software (EMP) and inventory control systems;
In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
