- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience as Guest Relations Manager or Assistant Manager in larger operation / luxury international hotel.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
