  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager in Data Engineering, located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing data engineering projects, managing data pipelines, optimizing data processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Data management, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics skills
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, and Java
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

· Maturity level on technical skillsets of management and development on big data platform including data modeling design, data transformation, big data programming and performance tuning

· Effectiveness of project contribution, including from technical support, project management and team collaboration perspective, to deliver data lake system on assigned local countries

· Level of understanding on business requirements and capability to transform them into technical solution

· Variety of new technologies (such as Azure and AWS Big Data Solution, Power BI, Tableau, Python and etc) and techniques being learnt that can be applied to solution delivery
