Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, activities to create more sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize effective methods to track leads, manage sales pipeline, and report on performance.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferable bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferable with 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Preferable with proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite will be added advantage.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

        Other Requirements:

        • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events and sales.
