With Love From Italy (WLFI) Sdn Bhd is searching for a charismatic and driven On-Trade Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for expanding our footprint in the Malaysian restaurant and bar scene, bringing the magic of Italian wines to new and existing partners.

We're passionate about sharing Italian wines and culture with all of Malaysia. Founded in Singapore in 2012, we've been working with importers and distributors across the Asia-Pacific region. We host events like Bello Vino, a showcase of all things Italian wines and wineries.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build strong relationships with restaurant, bar, and hospitality industry professionals.
• Secure new accounts and expand our existing portfolio of on-trade partners.
• Develop and present compelling sales pitches, highlighting the unique qualities of our Italian wine portfolio.
• Conduct tastings and training sessions for restaurant and bar staff, educating them on the stories and characteristics of our wines.
• Negotiate pricing and manage orders with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, keeping WLFI ahead of the curve.
• Contribute to the development and execution of on-trade sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

The Perfect Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• A deep understanding of the Malaysian restaurant and bar scene.
• A passion for Italian wines and a genuine desire to share their stories.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• A valid Malaysian driver's license and a reliable vehicle (willingness to travel).

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience selling premium beverages (wine, spirits, etc.).
• Italian language fluency (a plus, not mandatory).
• A WSET or similar wine qualification.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a "can-do" spirit.
