- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience or supervisory HR role.
