Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle email correspondence and manage the calendar for executives or team leads.

    Bookkeeping:

    • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
    • Process payments, monitor transactions, and follow up on overdue accounts.
    • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

      Accounting Support:

      • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
      • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
      • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
      • Generate financial statements and reports for management review.
      • Assist with audits and financial reviews as needed.

        Compliance and Records Management:

        • Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial recordkeeping.
        • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and procedures.
        • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and employee information.
          • To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
          • To handle accounts receivables and account payables
          • To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties
          • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
          • Handle full set of account timely reported to einvoicing submission
          • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
          • General office administration works
          • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
          • Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
          • To prepare, analyse and report financial results
          • Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the office while maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with budget management, and performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. This role requires a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software.

  • Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
  • At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
  • Able to handle full set of account
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
