  • Handle all aspects of office administration
  • Handle basic accounting for issuing DO & Invoice
  • Maintain and monitoring stocks and update records
  • Service existing customers and target new sales accounts
  • Handle product listing and online marketing
  • Process orders, tracking deliveries and shipment enquiries.
  • Handle walk-in customers for Poslaju posting and self-collection parcels
  • Participate in IT & Mobile fairs, whenever necessary
  • Full-Time
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Computer knowledge and ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Initiative and independent.

  • Willing to learn, hardworking, able to complete the task within timeline given.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Working location: Taman TTDI Grove, Kajang
  • Working Days and Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm / Sat 9.00am - 1.00pm
