Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive, Human Resource & Admin at VT Markets in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves overseeing HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources functions on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in managing employee relations and HR policies
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Well versed in the INFO TECH payroll system
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
