  • Monitor online marketing mediums, such as social networks and mobile applications, for brand growth.
  • Support monthly marketing plans and prepare and execute strategies to engage new and existing customers.
  • Compile feedback and marketing intelligence for analysis and insights into improving marketing efforts.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships through calls, follow-ups, and regular engagement.
  • Expand the market by identifying and developing relationships with potential new customers.
  • Report on social media performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing monthly marketing plans and provide creative input for marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation trends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage deadlines and project requirements.
  • Experience with camera operation, sound equipment, and lighting techniques.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and their use for marketing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, XHS, etc.).
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, but you must have a proactive, enthusiastic, and fast learner attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and passion for marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Hardworking, able to work independently, and committed to tasks.
  • Additional Skills (Optional):
    • Graphic design skills, including experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
    • Experience with live streaming or production of live events.
