We’re currently looking for an Operations Manager for one of the leading brands under a well-established F&B company across APAC. This role will be based in a prime area of Kuala Lumpur.

The Operation Manager’s role is to lead the management and floor team in carrying out the execution of managing the restobars while providing excellent guest experience and ensure efficient and profitable business performance. The Incumbent must have vast experience in managing restobars, handling projections and P&L and high level of service skills.
The focus should be on ensuring that all actions and decision-making align with the organization’s values and standard operating procedures.
Principal Accountabilities
- Deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information to the management team and sales force on weekly/monthly basis:
- Establish and maintain sales targets.
- Track, analyse and report sales results to the management team.
- Manage vendor contracts.
- Full accountability for the effective delivery of people, customer experience, sales, profit, operational standards, and Health & Safety of team and customers
- Conduct frequent Service Audits ensuring all the guests are happy and satisfied with the level of service provided.
- Able to identify opportunities and methods to drive sales, traffic and return visits.
- Oversee implementation of outlet marketing promotions throughout the country
- Identify talents and determine current and future staffing needs in the restobars to ensure an adequate number of talents are built in pipeline to avoid interruptions in delivering a great Customer Experience.
Stakeholder and Partner Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, corporate clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder and partner communications.
Menu and Product Development:
- Collaborate with chefs and other staff to develop innovative and appealing menu items.
- Ensure menu items meet quality and profitability standards.
- Coach and mentor team members by providing timely feedback to create consistent individual and team performance.
- Develop effective sales performance management tools in line with the outlet performances
- Clear communication and follow-up plan on weekly basis
- To participate in new outlet set-up
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned time to time

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations Manager’s role with proven and successful track records in F&B management. (We’re also open to speaking with candidates who have less than 5 years of experience - especially if you’re ambitious and have the right attitude to grow and develop!)

- Ability to think strategically and take proactive decisions.
- Confident, result-oriented, detail-minded, self-motivated and pleasant attitude with good communication skills
- High degree of professional integrity.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred, but not required).
