  • Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules by coordinating with drivers and maintenance professionals when setting employee schedules.
  • Managing vehicle licensure and registration while ensure all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training.
  • Provide support to the Fleet Manager where required.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards related to employees.
  • Candidates are able to speak Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
