- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentations.
- Maintain records of inventory, shipment details and logistic data.
- Arrange shipments, prepare shipping labels and coordinate with couriers or carriers.
- Track deliveries and manage delivery schedules.
- Prepare shipping documents such as DO and consignment notes.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and resolves logistical challenges in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry for inventory management systems.
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a logistics, warehousing or administrative role.
- Strong organizational, attention to details and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistic software (e.g., SAP, ERP)
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle tight deadlines.
- Possess at least in SPM, High School Diploma equivalent in Logistics; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
