ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: State Sales Manager

Reporting Level: Lead Self & Others

Geographic Scope: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Marketing strategy & data insights

• Sales Driven energy (Market Winning Spirit)

• Data Analytics (ability to crunch data and provide insights & business recommendation)

• Demonstrate understanding of local peculiarities to identify business opportunities and growth

• Strategy skills and planning through technical and localize program

• Reviewing business performance and rapidly growing opportunities in route planning process, trading terms and outlet visit plan

• People management

• Manage a team of Area Sales Executives to drive the team forward

• Achieve agreed targets in the market and effective mentoring

• Lead the secondary supply chain to meet the agreed brand volume, market share, distribution presence

• Ensure teams to provide relevant market intel and respond against competitor’s movement in respective areas
