Position: E-commerce Coordinator

Location: Plaza Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, KL Sentral

Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am -6:00pm

Work Type: Permanent

Requirements:

 Candidate with minimum 1 year experience in handling processing of orders from Lazada and Shopee.

 Experience of handling - Campaign like 9/9 11/11 and 12/12 is essential.

 Our billing is of high volume hence, candidate should be able handle the pressure.

Job Scope:

 Providing support to the Warehouse Department for Processing of Daily Purchase Orders.

 Processing sales purchase orders, verifying the price list & inventory available, issuing sales invoices via accounting software with strict timelines.  Monitoring and verifying sales orders via online e-commerce platform (Lazada and Shopee - daily basis).

 Handling communications with warehouse personnel via phone, email, and in-person.

 Proficiency in MS Excel with formula-example PIVOT and V look etc.

 Able to handle strict time lines and deliverable on daily basis.

 Submission of Sales Invoices and other reports are required by the management on daily basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
