• Updating hospital databases by compiling new employee personal profile.

• Screening potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill hospital job vacancies.

• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

• Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

• Coordinating new hire orientations.

• Coordinating both internal & external training workshops

• Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

• Assisting the HR staff in daily operations.

• Ensuring all the filings are done in accordance to guidelines.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.

• Minimum CGPA 3.0

• Good communication & interpersonal skills (written & verbal)

• Effective time management skills, good team player, and ability to meet deadlines
