Marketing Intern

Objectives

• Works independently performing administrative and clerical duties to support program/event/business unit.
• Liaise with managers and vendors to define project requirements, scopes and objectives that align with organizational goals.
• Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages POP allocation for stores related to marketing campaigns or activation, liaising with suppliers, agencies and warehouse based on a timeline.
• Coordinates and has direct responsibility for a Marketing project or specific set of tasks related to Marketing or program or department/business unit.
• Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties to Marketing team.
• Ensure all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.
• Serve as point of communication between Marketing team and internal or external resources such as and not limiting to Supply Chain, Finance, Restaurant Support Group, Restaurant Managers, Creative/Media agency, and printers.

Required skills and qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
• Proven success in working with all levels of management.
• Fresh grad with strong interpersonal skills is encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
