Project Management:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, translating client requirements into actionable project plans.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies to ensure project success.
- Coordinate project teams, facilitate meetings, and communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
Pre-Sales Support:
- Engage in pre-sales activities by understanding client needs, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposal development and solution design.
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft project proposals, providing insights into project feasibility, scope, and resource requirements.
- Contribute technical expertise during pre-sales interactions, addressing client queries, and demonstrating how our solutions meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field. PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- 3 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing projects and engaging in pre-sales activities.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience applying them in diverse project environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and CRM systems.
- Experience in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution design, and client engagement, is preferred.
