Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years and above of relevant experience in a renovation or interior design firm. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills.

  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
  • Assist in project management, including developing and managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Track project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers as needed to ensure effective communication and project progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum SPM Holder.
    • Able speak English and Mandarin.
    • At least 2 years and above of relevant experience as an administrator or project coordinator in a renovation or interior design firm.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (Auto count) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
