1.To provide day-to-day support to the Tender & Budget team as and when needed for document preparation and compilation for submissions
2.Managing sales-related data and documentation, creating and maintaining customer accounts and information.
3.Coordinating with Tender & Budget representatives and other departments
4.Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records to ensure document traceability
5.Drafting letters and replies for incoming correspondences/ tender clarification and related sales correspondences.
6.Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
7.Assume the role as the primary point of contact to liaise between internal and/or external parties
8.Assist on-ground activities such as showcase and exhibition events.
9.Actively participate within corporate activities and planning to ensure support to business development / unit.
10.Responsible for the implementations of marketing communication activities and strategies such as preparation of promotional collaterals (company profiles, templates, leaflets, posters, newsletter, direct-mailer and etc) and distribution via designated online / offline channels.
11. Checking the accuracy of tender submission document and other sales related documents.
12. To provide assistance to the management on any administrative tasks and document preparations as and when needed.
13.Perform any other duty & responsibility which the superior or the company may assign from time to time.
1. Assist in producing accurate and timely sales activities plans for Tender & Budget Dept. use from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
