POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project and Service Delivery Executive/Sr Executive to oversee the execution of projects and ensure seamless service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the Cybersecurity field, and demonstrate strong project management, coordination, and client service skills.

You will work closely with teams to ensure projects are completed on time and services are delivered according to agreed service levels, fostering strong client relationships. The role requires excellent skills in delivering presentations and producing clear, thorough documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management and Coordination:

Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Create and maintain project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and resources are managed effectively.

Coordinate between teams to ensure clear communication and efficient project execution.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing risks, issues, and delays promptly to ensure successful project completion.

Handle administrative aspects of projects, including scheduling meetings, updating documentation, and tracking deliverables.

Service Delivery Management:

Ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients, adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate between internal teams and clients to address service-related issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Regularly review service delivery performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

Continuously seek ways to improve service processes and operational efficiency.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as a point of contact for clients during project execution and service delivery.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and service delivery performance.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, status reports, service delivery metrics, and client communications.

Prepare and present reports on project and service delivery performance to management and clients.

Ensure all project documentation is up to date and easily accessible.

Presentation and Communication:

Deliver concise and effective presentations to clients and stakeholders on project updates, service delivery status, and improvement plans.

Present complex information in a clear, accessible way to different audiences.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in project management, coordination, and/or service delivery, preferably in the Cybersecurity field.

Proven experience in coordinating projects and ensuring the effective delivery of client services.

Skills:

Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong in common sense and critical thinking.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com).

Proficient in O365, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong presentation and documentation skills.

Strong time and people management skills.

Languages:

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
