What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive business goals and revenue growth.
- Create and manage marketing and sales funnels for a diverse range of clients.
- Craft compelling sales copy aligned with our clients' brand tone and voice.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Conceptualize and develop creative assets for ads and landing pages to maximize performance.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) while providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure strong ROI for each client, holding yourself accountable for performance and client satisfaction.
- Regularly prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and broader business strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, applying them to campaigns for cutting-edge results.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Perform lead audits through direct calls to ensure quality control.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Exceptional sales copywriting and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Proficient in Google Search, Google PMAX, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and understanding of marketing funnels.
- A solid grasp of marketing psychology and consumer behaviour.
- Skilled in data analytics tools like Google Analytics, with experience in GTM, GA4, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Bonus points for familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, SEO, programmatic ads, mobile advertising, and automation tools like Make or Zapier.
- Proven track record in running campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in: Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Branding & Advertising, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing campaigns and leading teams.
