We are seeking professionals to join our rapidly growing digital performance team. This is an exciting opportunity with extensive learning curve. As a Performance Specialist - Ecommerce, you will be responsible for Ecommerce campaign management which involves creating, managing, analyzing, and optimizing. This position will also work with agencies to ensure strategic optimization initiatives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Build monitor and optimise Ecommerce campaigns across Facebook, Google, Shopee, Lazada and other Ecommerce platforms
  • Ensure campaigns are set-up according to best practices and brief, drive maximum efficiency and optimum performance in campaign set-up, optimizations, budget/spend management, etc.
  • Maintain reporting, analyze performance, and develop action plans
  • Optimize performance based on business goals (ROAS, GMV, CPA, etc)
  • Manage budget optimization, pacing, and forecasting
  • Identify and test emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop processes to streamline operations
  • Supports competitive monitoring and analysis
  • Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including but not limited to Reach, Engagement, conversions, CPA, cost, and cost per click
  • Create and review weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Additionally, this position may be required to perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Campaign auditing, data QA, and daily tracking

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of direct experience managing Ecommerce campaigns with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance goals
  • In-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (ROAS, CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.)
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using search, social and display ad management tools (AdWords Editor & Facebook Power Editor etc.)
  • Creative experience is a plus (writing ad copy etc.)
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms, i.e. Google Analytics, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Good to have Advanced knowledge of Excel
