About the job

In this role your responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance in alignment with the LUXignite strategy and derived goals and objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services.
  3. Oversee the development and execution of contracts with suppliers, including negotiating prices and terms and conditions.
  4. Develop and manage the procurement budget to ensure cost savings targets are met.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional indirect procurement team, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and delivering on their objectives.
  6. Monitor market trends and technological advancements to identify new procurement opportunities and improve the procurement process.
  7. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and legal departments, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Communicate procurement initiatives, results, and challenges to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Demonstrated experience of 8+ years in a similar role within an international setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (An MBA is highly preferred)
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Extensive experience across key indirect categories
  • Excellent negotiation and contracting skills
  • Proven track of successful change management & stakeholder management in the procurement area and the ability to define the strategy
