Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in executing HR processes efficiently and maintaining accurate records. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.
  • Assist HR Manager to shop office use items such as stationery, snacks and beverages.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.
  • Assist to verify the OT payment, weekend allowance and other
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task as instructed by HR Manager and the management team.

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
  • Familiarity with the Employment Act of 1955 is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in handling private and confidential information.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Word Excel
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Malay languages.
